At Begin Again Recovery, we provide free Narcan (naloxone) kits and education to individuals and communities affected by opioid use.
Narcan is a life-saving medication that can reverse an opioid overdose in minutes. By making it accessible to those most at risk — including unhoused individuals, people in active addiction, and their loved ones — we empower the community to save lives before emergency services arrive.
Begin Again Recovery, meets people where they are — with dignity, compassion, and the supplies they need to survive another day.
We provide hygiene kits, food, and basic essentials to individuals experiencing homelessness and instability. Each kit is thoughtfully packed with practical items that support health, comfort, and personal care — especially for those living outside or in transition
At Begin Again Recovery, we provide clean, weather-appropriate clothing and harm reduction supplies to people living unhoused or actively struggling with addiction. Our goal is not only to reduce immediate harm, but to restore dignity, safety, and self-worth. We provide things such as :
•Gently used clothing: jackets, sweatshirts, jeans, socks, and shoes. Harm reduction items: condoms, safe use kits, sharp containers, and Narcan
These services prevents exposure-related illness and injury. The services also reduces infection, disease, transmission, and unsafe use.
Our Peer Mentor Training Program empowers individuals in recovery to give back by becoming trained peer mentors. These mentors use their lived experience to support others walking similar paths — offering hope, guidance, and community
Our pop-up outreach events of Sacramento are simple, mobile, and powerful. We bring supplies, compassion, and nonjudgmental support directly to people living on the streets or in underserved areas of Sacramento.
There are no intake forms, no shame, and no strings attached — just kindness, connection, and survival tools.
